1- The FRENCH Riviera PASS is strictly personal and is only valid if the card has been duly completed (Name of customer and date of first day of use)
2- The period of validity is triggered automatically by the 1st entry into a free access site.
3- Museums, sites, guided visits, services and transport are only available with free-access for the duration of validity of the card. During this period of validity, use of the double-decker bus called Open Tour Nice is unlimited but each museum/site/guided visit /service is only accessible once.
4- The exclusive advantages (restaurants, shopping...) are valid for one month starting from the date shown on the card.
5- The FRENCH Riviera PASS is not exchangeable, reimbursable in case of theft, loss, total or partial non-use, damage to the card or due to the closing or exceptional unavailability of a partner site.
6- The FRENCH Riviera PASS card may be used for 2 years following the date that it was printed. It is nonetheless only valid each year in the sites mentioned in “FRENCH Riviera PASS - Le Guide” for the current year.
7- The Office du Tourisme et des Congrès de Nice cannot under any circumstances be held responsible
8- In the case of purchase by Internet with an option of withdrawal in an OTCN reception office, the card will be kept for a maximum of 1 year after the date of purchase.
9- Absence of right of retraction: in conformity with the provisions of article L.121-20-4 of the Consumer Code, the right of retraction is not applicable to services of “lodging, transport, dining or leisure which must be provided on a date or according to a determined frequency". As a result, no option of retraction is offered to the customer starting from the date of his order.
10- Purchase of the FRENCH Riviera PASS is deemed as acceptance of the terms and conditions of sale described above.
11- In conformity with the Law on Information and Freedoms of 6th January 1978 modified, at any time the user has the right to access, modify, rectify and remove the information which concerns him. He may exercise this right by sending an email to : firstname.lastname@example.org
